BioI'm an American transplanted into sunny tropical Queensland, after having fallen in love with a Queensland boy while traveling overseas. I currently work as a baker at a large national grocery chain but am also trained in pastry and chocolate work. I miss the cold autumn and winters of the northern hemisphere badly right now but I do love air-conditioning! I'm a voracious reader and I loooove good dark chocolate and I have a fair bit of the old Celtic temper in me...so don't take away my books or my chocolate, or I'll get cranky atchya!
